Cookie Policy
How Arasay LLC, doing business as Coastal Casa Cleaning, uses cookies and similar technologies on CoastalCasaCleaning.com.
Effective Date: July 19, 2026 · Last Updated: July 19, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Arasay LLC, doing business as Coastal Casa Cleaning ("Coastal Casa Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on CoastalCasaCleaning.com. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
We currently use two categories of cookies — the same two shown in our cookie-preference tool:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Required for website security, authentication, customer-account sessions, booking progress, payment processing, and cookie-preference storage. Because these cookies are necessary for requested functionality, they are not optional and remain active regardless of your preference choice.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand visitor counts, page views, navigation paths, and general website performance. These are only set after you accept them through our cookie-preference tool.
We do not currently use functional or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and our cookie-preference tool before adding a new category.
4. Google reCAPTCHA v3
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on selected forms and actions to help protect the website from spam, automated submissions, fraud, credential attacks, and other abuse. reCAPTCHA v3 generally operates in the background and returns a score-based risk assessment rather than presenting a traditional challenge.
The _GRECAPTCHA Cookie
Google states that reCAPTCHA sets a necessary cookie named _GRECAPTCHA when executed to provide risk analysis. Depending on the browser and your existing interactions with Google, additional Google cookies may also be present.
reCAPTCHA may process technical, device, browser, cookie, page, action, and interaction information associated with a request. We use the resulting assessment for website security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and related verification. For reCAPTCHA Customer Data, Arasay LLC acts as the controller and Google acts as a processor under applicable Google Cloud contractual terms.
We classify the _GRECAPTCHA cookie as strictly necessary, since we use reCAPTCHA for security and fraud-prevention purposes rather than marketing or analytics.
5. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors interact with the website and booking experience.
Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to create pseudonymous session identifiers and generate heatmaps, interaction analytics, and session replays. Potential Clarity cookies include _clck, _clsk, and CLID — see our cookie inventory below.
Clarity is activated only after analytics consent is received through our cookie-preference tool and communicated to Clarity.
6. Our Cookie Inventory
The cookies we currently use on CoastalCasaCleaning.com:
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Strictly Necessary | Stores your cookie-preference decision and the version of this Cookie Policy it was given under | 400 days, renewed on each visit | First-party |
| laravel_session | Strictly Necessary | Maintains your login and booking session | Session | First-party |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Strictly Necessary | Protects account and booking forms from forgery | Session | First-party |
| _GRECAPTCHA | Strictly Necessary | Supports reCAPTCHA risk analysis and protection against spam, fraud, and automated abuse | Up to 6 months | Third-party (Google) |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, when you accept analytics cookies | Up to 2 years | Third-party (Google) |
| _clck, _clsk | Analytics | Microsoft Clarity, delivered through Google Tag Manager, when you accept analytics cookies — groups page views into a session and associates activity with a pseudonymous visitor identifier | Up to 1 year | Third-party (Microsoft) |
| CLID | Analytics | Identifies when Microsoft Clarity first observed a browser | Up to 1 year | Third-party (Microsoft) |
We keep this table current as our vendors or technologies change.
7. Consent and Preferences
Before activating analytics cookies, our banner and preference dialog offer:
- Accept All;
- Reject Non-Essential; and
- Manage Preferences, with a Save Preferences option.
It's just as easy to reject nonessential cookies as to accept them. You may revisit your choice anytime through the link in the footer of any page. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because they're required for security or requested functionality. We remember an Accept All decision for as long as the cookie above lasts; if you reject or customize your choices, we'll ask again on your next visit, and we'll always ask again after this Cookie Policy is updated.
8. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, receive alerts, limit third-party cookies, or clear browsing data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent account, booking, or payment features from working correctly.
9. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals
We process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
10. Session Replay and Sensitive Data
Microsoft Clarity may record website interaction events. We intend to mask or exclude sensitive content, such as payment fields, passwords, property-access codes, alarm instructions, and lockbox details, and to exclude Clarity from payment, login, customer-dashboard, property-access, and other sensitive routes whenever technically reasonable. No masking system is infallible.
We do not send reCAPTCHA tokens, scores, or security logs to Clarity.
11. reCAPTCHA Notice
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA is limited to forms and actions that require security protection — its score or token is not reused for unrelated marketing or analytics purposes.
12. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand website usage and performance. Google may collect device, browser, IP-derived location, page-view, and interaction information. You may manage this through our cookie-preference tool and any opt-out Google offers.
13. Embedded Services
Our payment processor, map provider, Microsoft Clarity, and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed to provide their own functionality when their components are loaded on our pages. Review those providers' independent privacy and cookie practices.
14. Retention
Cookies may be session-based and deleted when your browser closes, or persistent for the duration shown in our cookie inventory above.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies, vendors, legal requirements, or website practices change. The Last Updated date at the top identifies the current version.
