Yes. Every cleaner is vetted before they're allowed on a crew, so you can feel comfortable giving them access to your home.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We try to keep a consistent crew on recurring plans whenever possible, but scheduling is handled by our system to make sure a fully available, qualified team is assigned to every visit — so it may occasionally differ.

I'm not home during the cleaning — how does access work?

That's completely normal, especially for vacation rentals and Airbnbs. Just add your access details (gate code, lockbox, etc.) to the property's Instructions & Access Information field and your crew will use them to get in and out.

Do you clean Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers?

Yes — Airbnb turnover cleaning is one of our core services, with fast, reliable turnarounds between guest stays.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your account. Cancelling more than 24 hours before a one-time cleaning (48 hours for Airbnb turnovers) is free. Shorter notice may incur a fee based on how close to the appointment you cancel — the exact fee is always shown to you before you confirm.

Do you clean homes with pets?
