5. Google reCAPTCHA v3

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on selected website forms and online actions to help prevent spam, fraud, automated submissions, credential attacks, and other abuse. Unlike a traditional challenge, reCAPTCHA v3 generally operates in the background and evaluates an interaction using a score-based risk assessment.

Information Processed

Depending on implementation and context, reCAPTCHA may process technical, device, browser, cookie, page, action, and interaction information associated with a request, including an Internet Protocol address, the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie, the form or action being protected, and security signals used to assess whether an interaction appears legitimate or automated.

How We Use the Assessment

We may use the assessment to:

  • Accept or reject a form submission;
  • Require additional verification;
  • Delay or limit repeated requests;
  • Route a request for manual review;
  • Prevent account, login, booking, or contact-form abuse; and
  • Protect the security and availability of the Services.

A score does not necessarily establish that a person acted improperly. Where appropriate, we may use retry options, additional information, or manual review.

Google's Role

For reCAPTCHA Customer Data, Arasay LLC acts as the controller and Google acts as a processor under applicable Google Cloud contractual terms.

Alternative Submission Method

If reCAPTCHA prevents you from completing a legitimate form, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. Accessibility assistance is also available as described in our Accessibility Statement.

6. Microsoft Clarity

  • Improve the customer experience.

We intend to mask or exclude sensitive content, including payment fields, passwords, property-access codes, alarm instructions, lockbox details, and sensitive account information. No masking system is infallible, so sensitive information should be entered only in fields specifically intended for it.

Clarity is delivered through our tag manager and loads only after the applicable analytics consent described in our Cookie Policy is received.
